As believers, we have been bought by the blood of the Lamb and saved by grace, which means we are under the dispensation of grace and not the law. Christ is the end of the law and has fulfilled the law through His grace and sacrificial death.
According to Galatians 3:13, Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law...
Christ has wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us and nailed it to the cross (Colossians 2:14). The only law we are required to follow is God's moral law, which is to love one another as Christ has loved the church.
In this dynamic series, Pastor Frederick K. Price sets the foundation of what it truly means to tithe as a believer under grace and teaches that:
Tithing did not become a requirement until it was adopted into the law.
In Jesus Christ there is freedom.
The church did not create the tithe.
Under the law tithing is a payment.
Christians are not required to tithe.
